‘Agatha All Along’ Earns Three Indie Spirit Award Nominations

‘Agatha All Along’ became a surprise hit in the MCU this year, exceeding expectations with its quality and breaking records for highest viewer retention and lowest production costs.

The series stars Kathryn Hahn as Agatha Harkness and Joe Locke as Billy Maximoff, her mysterious familiar. Other notable characters include Death/Rio Vidal (Aubrey Plaza), Agatha’s former lover and the embodiment of death; Jennifer Kale (Sasheer Zamata), a potion-making witch; Lilia Calderu (Patti LuPone), a wise, ancient seer; and William’s supportive parents and boyfriend, Eddie.

The artistic community is showing love for the show, with three nominations at the Indie Spirit Awards. Kathryn Hahn is up for Best Lead Performance in a New Scripted Series, Patti LuPone for Best Supporting Performance, and Joe Locke for Best Breakthrough Performance.

Gold Derby also predicted that Kathryn Hahn might get a Golden Globe nomination for Best TV Comedy Actress. With awards season just kicking off, there’s hope the show will keep making waves.
