One-Punch Man is an online manga written and drawn by ONE. It has been published on the author’s personal website since June 3, 2009. A manga adaptation drawn by Yūsuke Murata has been published in Shūeisha’s Tonari no Young Jump web magazine since June 14, 2012, and 32 volumes have been released as of the time of writing.

An anime series adaptation produced by Madhouse has been airing since October 2015 and while the series is currently on a break, a third season has been confirmed and is on its way, with the producers constantly teasing us with information about the season, although we’re still missing a release date, which is frustrating.

The latest teaser we’ve received from the production doesn’t, sadly, reveal anything about the release date of the third season, but confirms the return of one of the franchise’s strangest heroes, which is good enough so we’re taking it!

As you know, One-Punch Man became a global hit quickly due to its gimmick nature and the authenticity of its material. While the original art is horrible, and the story is more or less a parody of superhero stories, the fans loved such an approach, and we are now dealing with an absolute global hit, with fans eagerly awaiting the upcoming third season, whose release date has not yet been confirmed.

But, while we are still waiting for the main piece of information regarding the third season, the series has been teasing us with character visuals for the upcoming season. These visuals don’t reveal much, to be frank, but they confirm the return of some characters and reveal some new designs. The latest one is this:

You’ll probably remember this guy, Pig God, as the hero who is capable of devouring absolutely anything. We have seen a bit of Pig God in earlier seasons, but it seems that the hero numbered 10 will have a bigger role in the upcoming third season, which is intriguing.
