‘The Curious Case of Natalia Grace’ Sets Return Date, Confirms Spin-Off

The hit Investigation Discovery series The Curious Case of Natalia Grace will return in January with its final season, titled The Final Chapter. The two-night event will air on January 6 and 7 from 9 to 11 p.m. and will also stream on Max.

This season will pick up where the previous one left off, following Natalia as she faces the consequences of a phone call that changed everything. Viewers can expect new challenges as Natalia navigates the aftermath.

But that’s not all. Along with The Final Chapter, a new six-part spinoff series will premiere on January 13 at 10 p.m. called The Curious Case Of…. Hosted by legal analyst Beth Karas, the show will dive into strange, shocking, and bizarre cases, with each episode bringing new twists and insights from firsthand sources.

The original series, which aired in 2023, revealed the unusual story of Natalia Grace, a woman born in Ukraine with a rare dwarfism condition. She was adopted by the Barnett family in 2010. However, things took a dark turn in 2012 when the Barnetts claimed Natalia had lied about her age and was actually an adult.

The family alleged that she terrorized them for years. They abandoned her, and she was later taken in by a new family, the Mans.

In 2024, Natalia Speaks followed up with a six-episode season where Natalia finally told her side of the story. The series aimed to determine her true age, revealing she was biologically 22. However, the season ended on a cliffhanger after the Mans family made a shocking phone call to the production team.

In the final moments of the episode, Bishop Antwon Mans and his wife Cynthia explained how Natalia was now causing problems in their home, just months after they adopted her. They claimed that she had become violent and manipulative, even accusing them of holding her hostage. This unexpected twist left viewers stunned.

After the finale aired, Natalia posted on social media, reassuring people that she was safe, though she couldn’t share more details due to her production agreement. She expressed gratitude for the support and promised to share more when she could.
