‘Tron: Ares’ D23 Trailer Footage Leaks Online & It Looks Impressive

‘Tron: Ares’, a standalone sequel to ‘Tron: Legacy’ (2010) and the third installment in the ‘Tron’ film series is set to premiere on October 10, 2025. At yesterday’s D23 panel, new footage from ‘Tron: Ares’ was shown to the lucky few.

‘Tron: Ares’ follows a highly sophisticated program, Ares, who is sent from the digital world into the real world on a dangerous mission, marking humankind’s first encounter with A.I. beings.

The movie is scheduled to be released in the United States by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures on October 10, 2025. It will star Jared Leto, Greta Lee, Evan Peters, Hasan Minhaj, Jodie Turner-Smith, Arturo Castro, Cameron Monaghan, and Gillian Anderson.
